✅ Exchange Policy

• Timeframe: Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Eligible Cases: Size issues, wrong color, or incorrect item received.
• Exchange Cost: Customer will cover shipping charges for exchanges unless the error was on our end.

❌ Refund Policy

• No Cash Refunds: We currently do not offer cash refunds. You may request an exchange or opt for store credit.
• Defective Items: If your order is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
