1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

Standard Delivery: Our estimated delivery window is 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipment.
Remote/Extended Areas: Please note that delivery to remote locations or areas with limited courier service may take longer than 4 business days. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation Email which will include your tracking number and a link to track the status of your package.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

Business Days: Our delivery estimates refer to business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Unforeseen Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, please understand that delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, unforeseen logistical issues with the courier, or peak shopping seasons. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
